LOS ANGELES -- Mel Gibson is in a Los Angeles courtroom for a custody hearing involving his infant daughter. The Academy Award-winner arrived for a closed hearing Wednesday morning about 10 minutes before his ex-girlfriend Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva.
