Foreclosures spike in small towns
Since the real estate bubble burst in 2007, foreclosures have been an unfortunate reality for the larger communities in MetroWest and the Milford area. In 2010, the number of homes taken by banks in the area's more suburban and rural towns has increased dramatically, according to an analysis by the Daily News using data from The Warren Group.
