A relative of mine recently bought a house with a mortgage of $135,00+ and he wants to know:
~ if a mortgage life insurance or a life insurance is better?
~ Are there different types of both of the above?
~ He doesn't smoke, diabetes runs in the family but he doesn't have it, and he is in his late 40s.
What brought you to buy the life insurance/etc you have?
I want one that covers (and most do):
~ Uneployment
~ In case of death (spouse as well)
~ Disabled
~ Lump of sum if the mortgage is paid off
~ 30-45 monthly fee
~ Reliable
Any TRUSTED sites you use to get quotes or recommend one?
Sorry, I misworded. I mean if one were to loose our job. I received a flyer that they would cover it but I can't find it. I mean obviously one has to be employed when they get the insurance.
